Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Solution Engineer in pre-sales for federal clients.
• Deep knowledge of Unified Communications, video, and voice.
• Experience supporting technical sales in Federal Civilian Government or DoD environments.
• Working knowledge of FedRAMP, IL5, NIPRNet, and SIPRNet.
• Familiar with SAML/SSO, firewalls, PBX, MPLS, and related networks.
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CEH, GSEC) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide product presentations, deployment designs, proofs of concept, and responses to RFIs/RFQs/RFPs.
• Maintain advanced proficiency across Zoom platform and related technologies.
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor during every stage of the federal sales cycle.
• Support Account Executives by proposing and designing solutions addressing collaboration challenges.
• Translate customer needs into product development input and internal requests.
