Job summary
PCI Federal is seeking a Jr Closeout Specialist to support HHS from a remote/telework environment. You will administer and execute closeouts of federal contracts, task orders, and purchase orders in accordance with FAR and HHS policies.
The specialist ensures all contractual, financial, and administrative actions are complete and that contract files are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready. You will coordinate with COs, program offices, and contractors to resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Experience in federal contracting, contract administration, or contract closeout.
- Ability to interpret FAR and HHS acquisition policies.
- Experience with financial reconciliation and UDO/ULO management.
Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end close-out of contracts and task orders.
- Review contract files for deliverables and administrative actions.
- Validate invoicing and deobligations; reconcile finances.
- Coordinate with COs, program offices, and contractors to resolve issues.
- Ensure contract files are audit-ready and compliant.
