You will work under the Director of Facilities, coordinating across brands, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain centers in a safe, compliant environment.

The role blends administrative precision with hands‑on facilities awareness, requiring teamwork and proactive communication to keep work orders, budgets, and tickets on track.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities across multiple sites.
• Strong administrative and billing verification skills.
• Ability to work with external vendors and manage work orders.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross‑department coordination and support to field technicians and managers.
• Triage and resolve tickets via HubSpot and other channels with proper routing and documentation.
• Maintain CAFM data accuracy, track work orders, assets, and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate vendor files, contracts, and compliance documentation.
