Qualifications

• Knowledge of workers' compensation laws, regulations, and claims administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor workers' compensation claims from injury report to return to work.
• Review injury reports and ensure timely documentation.
• Maintain confidential workers' compensation records.
• Communicate with third-party administrators and providers to resolve issues.
• Coordinate return-to-work and modified-duty assignments.
