Job summary

Kids Empire, a rapidly expanding indoor family entertainment brand, is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to support maintenance operations across multiple locations from the corporate office. The role focuses on coordinating repairs, dispatching vendors, tracking work orders, and maintaining clear communication with park management and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years in facilities or maintenance coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in facilities or maintenance coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with vendors and service contractors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CMMS experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and prioritize maintenance requests from park locations.
• Dispatch vendors and technicians for repairs and emergency service calls.
• Monitor and update work orders through completion.
• Communicate regularly with park management, vendors, landlords, and internal teams.
• Track repair costs, invoices, and maintenance budgets.
• Maintain records of service history, equipment information, and vendor contacts.
• Follow up on open maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with facility inspections, compliance, and annual certifications.
• Support emergency response during after-hours incidents.
• Coordinate maintenance projects, renovations, and capital improvements.
