Job summary

BrightPath Kids / Busy Bees is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Facilities Department, ensuring smooth operations across 11 states. You will collaborate with managers, field technicians, and external vendors to manage work orders, budgets, and asset data.

The role blends administrative precision with facilities awareness, delivering exceptional service and cross-brand coordination in a hybrid Dallas-Fort Worth environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating facilities operations and vendor relations (≤140 chars).
• Familiarity with CAFM systems and work-order processes (≤140 chars).
• Strong administrative and customer service skills (≤140 chars).
• Ability to manage budgets and billing coordination (≤140 chars).
• Excellent communication across multiple brands and regions (≤140 chars).

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to managers and field technicians across all brands and regions.
• Coordinate and maintain workflow logs for facilities/maintenance team.
• Verify billing and track department budgets; coordinate with Accounts Payable.
• Maintain vendor files (contracts, proposals, W9s, COIs) and organize meetings.
• Serve as liaison between Location Directors, Executive Office, Facilities Team, and Vendors.
• Manage CAFM data: sites, assets, and work orders; ensure timely updates.
