Job summary

BrightPath Kids / Busy Bees is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Director of Facilities across 11 states. You will coordinate projects, manage vendor relationships, and handle CAFM system duties to keep centers running smoothly while delivering exceptional service.

The role offers hybrid work in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with opportunities to engage across departments and drive efficiency in facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support to managers and field technicians across all brands and regions.
• Coordinate across departments to complete projects and tasks.
• Collaborate with external vendors and manage work order requests for locations.
• Coordinate and maintain workflow logs, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Verify billing, track department budgets, and partner with Accounts Payable for payments and reconciliation.
• Manage and review field technician receipts for proper tracking.
• Coordinate and organize meetings as required.
• Serve as liaison between Location Directors, Executive Office Staff, Facilities Team, and Vendors.
• Maintain vendor files including contracts, proposals, W9s, and COIs.
