Job summary

GEP Clark, NJ is seeking an Executive Recruiter to lead leadership hiring across services, consulting, and transformation, focusing on quality, speed, and stakeholder alignment. This hybrid role requires 3 days onsite at the Clark NJ headquarters.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, build pipelines, conduct market mapping, assess senior candidates, and guide stakeholders through interviews, offers, and onboarding, while promoting diversity and strong candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including executive search or leadership hiring.
• Experience hiring from services, consulting, professional services, technology consulting, or business transformation environments.
• Experience with senior stakeholders and complex hiring mandates.
• Strong sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, market mapping, referrals, networking, direct outreach.
• Executive search or corporate leadership hiring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and specialist roles.
• Partner with business leaders and HR to understand hiring needs and role expectations.
• Build talent pipelines across consulting, professional services, procurement, and transformation.
• Drive market mapping, competitor intelligence, and direct sourcing for senior roles.
• Engage passive candidates through targeted outreach and consultative discussions.
• Assess leadership capability, consulting mindset, stakeholder maturity, and fit.
• Manage interview processes, candidate experience, feedback, and offers.
• Maintain hiring dashboards, pipelines, and market insights.
• Support diversity hiring with inclusive candidate slates.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends and compensation challenges.
