Job summary

NBCUniversal's Filmmaker & Content Strategies team is seeking a Coordinator to support the Executive Vice President. The role partners with filmmakers, producers and development executives to build NBCUniversal's inclusive pool of talent and be a resource to content creators across NBCUniversal’s brands.

You will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare materials, design presentations, and help execute events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience assisting at the executive level or equivalent in the capacity listed above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, OneNote, Canva) and FileMaker

Responsibilities

• GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE: Track action items from the EVP; process expenses and invoices; take meeting notes; maintain files.
• CALENDAR MAINTENANCE: Manage a logistics-heavy schedule (including travel) and coordinate meetings; prepare material ahead.
• EXECUTIVE PREP: Coordinate logistics and prep materials for internal and external meetings, panels and/or media interviews.
• TRAVEL COORDINATION: Book domestic/international travel; arrange cars, accommodations, events; build travel itineraries.
• PRESENTATION DESIGN: Create PowerPoint meeting presentations and Canva visuals.
• EVENT EXECUTION: Plan timelines, logistics for team activities and industry events.
• PROJECT COORDINATION: Support talent initiatives; contribute content/design to Trend Breakers; assist external partnerships.
• CONTENT SUPPORT: Review scripts, cuts, marketing materials, casting breakdowns.
