Job summary

NBCUniversal seeks an Administrative Assistant, Media to support the EVP, Media for Focus Features and coordinate all aspects of media campaigns. The role spans digital and broadcast media with a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities include assisting with media planning across broadcast, digital, print, and OOH, managing media plan packets, coordinating deliverables, trafficking plans, handling work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, business, finance, or communications or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel; familiarity with syndicated media research tools and media planning or reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist media team with planning across broadcast, digital, print, out of home, radio, and awards.
• Maintain media plan packets with budgets, calendars, and flow charts.
• Coordinate deliverables with media partners and internal review workflows.
• Ensure media plans are trafficked accurately and on schedule.
• Process work orders and coordinate with vendors and finance on billing.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and EVP travel arrangements.
