You will prepare client-ready materials and maintain organized files across time zones. Responsibilities include creating rate sheets and PowerPoint presentations, researching prospective clients and 4PL partners, and ensuring action items are followed

Qualifications

• 2+ years in executive assistant or sales support roles.
• Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Degree in business, logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the Director of Sales calendar, inbox and files.
• Prepare international quotes and process tracking.
• Take and circulate meeting notes with owners and due dates.
• Build rate sheets, presentations and pricing spreadsheets.
• Research prospective clients and 4PL partners.
