Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Exchange & SaaS Support Engineer to provide Tier-2 end-user support for Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams and OneDrive, including license administration. The role focuses on maintaining messaging and SaaS services in a highly regulated, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Microsoft 365 support experience and is comfortable working onsite in Fort Mill, SC.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of end-user support for Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams).
• 2+ years of Box administration and end-user troubleshooting.
• 1–2 years of ServiceNow experience.
• 1–2 years of OneDrive administration and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier-2 end-user support for Exchange Online, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and Box.
• Manage message archiving, retrieval, and deletion.
• Mailbox maintenance and access management.
• Develop and maintain process and environment documentation.
• Automate ServiceNow tickets.
• Participate in on-call rotations.
