Job summary

Momentive Software seeks an Event/Equipment Support Specialist to serve as the frontline resource for clients using events technology and AV systems. This hybrid, on-site role in East Norriton Township, PA involves remote support, periodic client training, and in-office equipment testing, with some travel.

You will diagnose issues, train clients, and ensure smooth event experiences before, during, and after deployments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a technical support, helpdesk, or client-facing tech role.
• Familiarity with AV systems and events technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Occasional travel required (about once per month).

Responsibilities

• Remote Client Support: be the primary contact for inquiries about events tech and AV systems; diagnose issues remotely; document interactions; escalate when needed.
• Onsite Client Training: travel to client sites to provide hands-on training; develop training materials and guides; build client relationships.
• In-Office Equipment Testing: test and QA AV/equipment at the Philadelphia-area office; work with teams to ensure equipment is ready for deployments; troubleshoot issues.
