Job summary

Rodizio Grill is hiring an owner of corporate event sales at HQ, a player-coach who will build the operating system, SOPs, dashboards, and a scalable outbound motion. You will personally run one location's event book while leading the function across all locations to standardize processes and prevent errors.

This is a full-time role based at our Sandy, UT HQ with flexibility for nearby locations. You’ll own the inbound and outbound motion, own the tech stack, and be accountable for

Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a high-velocity sales role.
• Track record of building SOPs and playbooks from scratch with CRM admin experience.
• Fluent with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Comfortable directing outsourced or offshore execution.
• Comfortable being a genuine player-coach.

Responsibilities

• Own and standardize the end-to-end event-sales workflow for inbound and outbound inquiries.
• Build and maintain the operating system, SOPs, templates, and dashboards across locations.
• Lead and train a team of local event-sales managers and offshore staff.
• Configure and optimize the go-to-market tech stack and integrations.
• Develop and report on key metrics like speed-to-lead, conversion, and revenue by event type.
