Job summary

Rodizio Grill is hiring an owner of corporate event sales at HQ, a player/coach with revenue-operations skills. You will build SOPs, dashboards, and standards, stand up an outbound motion, and own the end-to-end process from inquiry to booked event.

Hybrid role based at our Sandy, UT HQ with proximity to Denver or Fort Collins; reports to the CEO. Compensation ranges from $100k to $160k total cash with health benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in revenue or sales operations or high-velocity sales.
• Built SOPs and playbooks; worked at CRM admin level.
• Fluent with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Comfortable directing outsourced or offshore execution.
• Demonstrates a genuine player-coach mindset.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale corporate event sales across Rodizio Grill locations.
• Design the operating system with SOPs, templates, and pipelines.
• Build the tech stack, dashboards, and reporting standards.
• Stand up in-house outbound motion and manage inbound flow.
• Lead about ten local managers plus offshore staff; drive accountability.
