Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales with leadership experience a plus.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Excel and CRM systems.
• Data-driven with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Respond to event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
• Learn features of properties and relay them to clients for bookings across venues.
• Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
• Organize multiple client relationships and manage a busy pipeline.
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales to guide the team.
• Plan events and coordinate details through the day of the party.
• Manage client relationships during and after events to drive retention.
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Stay camera-ready for virtual meetings and coaching sessions.
