Lucky Strike Entertainment in San Francisco seeks an Enterprise Events Executive to manage a portfolio of named corporate accounts, deepening relationships, driving retention, and expanding revenue across markets.

This field-driven role requires 50% travel, strong account planning, CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight), and a polished executive presence to represent the brand at venues and events.

Formación

• 3-5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing sales or hospitality role.
• Proven ability to manage and grow corporate accounts with a focus on retention and expansion.
• Strong relationship-building with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own your account portfolio and be primary contact for named corporate accounts.
• Understand client goals, uncover challenges, and align offerings to success metrics.
• Field-oriented role with 50% time in the field at venues and with clients.
• Onboard and activate new accounts transitioned from Enterprise Partnerships Executives.
• Develop account plans, drive revenue growth, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Maintain pipeline, manage renewals, and hit quarterly quota with commission details.
