The role requires 3+ years in sales, CRM experience, and strong communication. Expect evening/weekend availability and leadership collaboration with senior managers to smash KPIs and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales (Sales management and multi-unit sales are a plus)
• Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
• Experience using a CRM
• Data-centric
• Leadership skills (ability to inspire, motivate, and help lead a team)
• Problem-solving skills a total plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (because to sell the experience, you have to be able to communicate it—effectively)

Responsibilities

• Respond to all event inquiries and turn inquiries into booked events
• Learn features and benefits of properties and relay them to clients for bookings across venues
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs
• Be organized with a large client Rolodex and multiple venues
• Collaborate with Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales to guide the team
• Plan events with clients and coordinate details through day-of event
• Be available evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak seasons
• Stay connected on camera for virtual meetings or coaching sessions
