Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Event Sales Specialist to own the full sales cycle for corporate outings, social events, and organizational gatherings in Addison. You will build pipeline, nurture relationships, and close deals that book 13 to 100 guests, with a camera-first, professional standard that reflects our brand.

Qualifications

• Background in sales, hospitality, or event planning - group or event sales experience a strong plus.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline across multiple event types simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads and outbound outreach for groups of 13 up to 100 guests across corporate, social, and organizational events.
• Own the full booking cycle - from first contact through signed contract.
• Match every group to the right venue, package, and experience for their needs and budget.
• Work high volume across multiple event types without letting anything fall through the cracks.
• Own all local business outreach in your territory - building relationships with companies, organizations, and community groups.
• Prospect, develop, and grow new accounts to consistently build pipeline beyond inbound leads.
• Work toward a quarterly quota, paid monthly on a tiered basis - stronger performance means stronger earnings.
• A Commission QRG will detail exactly how your pay is structured from day one.
• Lead under 12 guests? Pass to the Call Center and earn 15% quota credit. Top corporate account? Pass to Enterprise. When a lead is passed to you and you close it, you earn 85% quota credit.
