Job summary

Allego is seeking an organized Event Marketing Coordinator in a hybrid role based in the Waltham office. You will support planning and execution for trade shows, field events, customer programs, and internal events, coordinating logistics and materials.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in event coordination, strong organizational skills, and experience creating event briefs and attendee resources. Occasional travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating event briefs, planning docs, and attendee resources.
• Comfort coordinating logistics like shipping, registration, schedules, and staffing.
• Ability to travel occasionally for events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, webinars, and customer events.
• Prepare run-of-show materials and internal prep documents.
• Manage booth materials, signage, and vendor coordination.
• Attend events to support on-site logistics and attendee engagement.
• Support post-event follow-up workflows and vendor relations.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and leadership.
