Job summary

Teleperformance North America is seeking an Event Marketing Coordinator to support a team of Event Marketing Managers across industry verticals. You will own logistics, deadlines, shipments, inventory, and purchasing paperwork to ensure each event lands smoothly.

Responsibilities include coordinating trade shows, exhibitor services, and lead retrieval orders, while maintaining calendars, budgets, and vendor records. Some travel and remote work are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of event coordination, marketing coordination, or related operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics across trade shows, conferences, roundtables and events.
• Track deadlines, registrations, submissions, and internal handoffs.
• Prepare and submit event materials to vendors and organizers; maintain logos and booth assets.
• Maintain master event calendar with dates, owners and milestones.
• Open POs, process invoices, and move vendor paperwork through procurement.
• Keep budget tracker current and surface variances.
• Maintain vendor records, contracts and insurance certificates.
• Support intake process for new event requests.
