Job summary

Virtual Inc. seeks an Events & Marketing Coordinator to manage end-to-end event logistics, run marketing support for events, and drive sponsor activation across multiple client programs. The role blends onsite operations with digital marketing execution in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has foundation in event planning and digital marketing, with comfort using AI-assisted platforms and Wrike. Local candidates preferred for 2 days/week at the Wakefield, MA office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or preferred.
• At least 1 year of direct experience in events, hospitality, or marketing.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media tools is preferred.
• Experience with event platforms such as Cvent and Wrike is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics from registration to onsite operations.
• Support marketing plans with email campaigns, social content, and websites.
• Manage vendor relations, speaker logistics, and sponsor activation.
• Track budgets, timelines, and post-event reporting.
• Utilize AI tools to assist content, sourcing, and workflow optimization.
