This internship introduces you to the end-to-end planning process and offers hands-on experience across logistics, coordination, and facilities management in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will gain exposure to multiple events, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and develop practical project management and communication skills.

• Create and maintain event documentation including timelines, production schedules, contact lists, and project plans.
• Attend meetings to capture notes, track action items, and provide updates on tasks.
• Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met and accurately completed.
• Learn and use agency tools and platforms (MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Participate in on-site event execution when needed and travel to support events.
