Job summary

Opus Agency is seeking a proactive Event Management Intern to support planning and execution of corporate events in a remote setting. You will gain hands-on exposure across logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, and program support, while learning industry tools and best practices from seasoned professionals.

You will work with the Client Services Delivery / Event Management team, reporting to the Senior Event Manager, with opportunities to travel for on-site support and potential conversion

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of corporate events across multiple workstreams (logistics, staffing, signage, transportation, program support).
• Communicate with internal teams and vendors to support sourcing, scheduling, and status updates.
• Assist in creating and maintaining event documentation (timelines, production schedules, contact lists).
• Attend meetings to capture notes, track actions, and provide task updates.
• Help ensure deadlines and deliverables are met with accuracy.
• Learn and use agency tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Participate in on-site event execution when needed, travel may be required.
