• Coordinate sourcing, scheduling, and status updates with internal teams and vendors.
• Create and maintain event documentation: timelines, production schedules, contact lists, project plans.
• Attend meetings to capture notes and track action items, providing timely updates.
• Assist in ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met with accuracy.
• Learn and utilize agency tools and platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
• Participate in on-site event execution when needed, including travel support.
