Job summary

Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City is seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to support events and conferences in the Denver, CO branch. The role requires coordinating logistics with facilities, IT, AV, catering and outside partners, and maintaining strong relationships with internal departments and sponsors.

You will work under the District conference center management to align events with the Bank's outreach and customer service goals, including on-site liaison duties and post-event

Qualifications

• Typically requires at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, mass communications, public administration, liberal arts, hospitality management or a closely related field.
• Intermediate understanding of technical business processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event logistics including room setup, audio visual, catering, transportation.
• Serve as Branch primary contact for event arrangements and approvals.
