Job summary

Augeo is seeking an Event Account Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Kansas City. The role requires organizing and delivering memorable virtual and in-person experiences, managing attendee communication, databases, and cross-functional tasks across teams.

The coordinator will travel onsite about 5-10% of the year, support sales/proposals, and contribute to event concept development while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; experience in event planning/marketing desirable.
• Strong multi-tasking, prioritization and time management.
• Organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-starter and resourceful with proactive communication.
• Able to collaborate with diverse personalities.
• Professional/high-level customer service; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage attendee communication and registration via hotline, email and mailings.
• Oversee event database: data entry, proofreading and reports.
• Produce, proof and edit website, virtual platform, marketing and communications materials.
• Handle administrative tasks: cross-checking, errands, printing, shipping and inventory.
• Research destinations and venues; coordinate with vendors for air/ground and hotels.
• Take notes in client calls and provide recap; assist onsite for events as needed.
