Core Specialty Insurance Holdings, Inc. is seeking an End User Computing Analyst to provide onsite Level 1–2 support across multiple corporate offices. You will be the senior escalation point, delivering white-glove service and ensuring reliable Windows, macOS, and iOS experiences for business units.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware/software, device provisioning, and documenting solutions, with 3+ years of deskside IT support and ITIL/ITSM familiarity. Travel ~10–15% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of IT support, deskside or help desk experience.
• Experience troubleshooting complex software and hardware on PCs and iOS devices.
• Strong Windows OS, iOS, and Office apps knowledge.
• Familiar with multiple OS and network protocols; scripting skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Monday–Friday onsite support (8am–4pm or 10am–6pm).
• Investigate and resolve complex software/hardware issues for PCs and iOS devices.
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and clearly document troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
• Escalate issues to higher-level support when needed.
• Configure devices, deploy and retire IT hardware, and ensure compliance with company specs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with IT peers to resolve cross-team issues and improve deployments.
• Stay current with IT technologies and best practices; deliver white-glove service.
