Responsibilities

• Deploys, configures, maintains, troubleshoots, and tests EUC hardware and software.
• Administers user accounts and peripheral devices as needed.
• Documents and updates systems for tracking calls and equipment.
• Provides technical training and information to users and groups.
• Escalates issues and coordinates with staff to resolve customer requests.
