Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Administration Operations Analyst to support our Fund Administration team. The role involves monitoring fund budgets, preparing board materials, and compiling financial statements in line with GAAP and regulatory reporting.

You will liaise with internal teams, counsel, and clients to ensure timely, accurate reporting and compliance. This position requires 3 days in the Glendale, CA; Milwaukee, WI; or Oshkosh, WI offices, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• Two to five years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds and other investments.
• Understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review fund budgets based on contracts and fees.
• Prepare ETF and fund board meeting materials and attend virtual meetings.
• Prepare and review financial statements for ETF and fund clients and the SEC.
• Test portfolio compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
• Lead the fund client fiscal year financial reporting filings.
• Mentor teammates and communicate with investment advisor clients.
• Coordinate ad-hoc ETF/fund projects and launches.
