Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Administration Operations Analyst to support ETF and fund clients. You will join a servicing team handling budgeting, board materials, financial statements, and regulatory reporting to ensure GAAP and SEC compliance.

The role emphasizes mentoring teammates and coordinating ad-hoc fund projects. Location requires 3+ days in office in Glendale, CA, Milwaukee, WI, or Oshkosh, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years of related work experience.
• Familiarity with ETF/mutual fund concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review fund budgets based on contracts and fee proposals.
• Prepare and review ETF and fund board meeting materials, possibly attending virtually.
• Prepare financial statements for ETF and fund clients and regulators per GAAP.
• Test and review portfolio compliance with the Investment Company Act and internal guidelines.
• Lead the financial reporting filing requirements for ETF or fund clients.
• Develop knowledge to mentor teammates and communicate with investment advisor clients.
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects including launches, M&A activity and liquidations.
