Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a Fund Administration Operations Analyst to support the Fund Administration team, focusing on day-to-day financial and compliance operations for ETFs, mutual funds, and related products.

You will work with a servicing team to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment. The role involves preparing board materials, reviewing financial statements, testing portfolio compliance, and coordinating ad-hoc fund launches or M&A activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Two to five years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of ETFs and mutual funds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review fund budgets based on contracts, proposals and expense trends.
• Assist in preparing ETF and fund board meeting materials and may attend virtual meetings.
• Prepare and review financial statements for ETF/fund clients and regulators to GAAP standards.
• Test portfolio compliance with Investment Company Act and internal guidelines.
• Lead financial reporting filing requirements for ETF/fund clients.
