Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in the mutual fund industry preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial and compliance operations for mutual funds, ETFs, and related clients.
• Serve as primary contact with fund clients and coordinate with service providers such as investment advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys and auditors.
• Monitor and review fund budgets based on contracts, fee proposals, and expense trends.
• Prepare or review financial statements and test portfolio compliance with SEC, GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements.
