Responsibilities

• Primary contact with fund clients, coordinating activities with advisors, custodians, transfer agents, fund accountants, attorneys and auditors.
• Monitors and reviews fund budgets based on contracts, fee proposals, and expense trends.
• Helps prepare and review financial statements and tests portfolio compliance with SEC/GAAP and regulatory reporting.
