Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Process escrow servicing functions throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for tax, insurance, and insurance claims.
• Process escrow-related documents and disbursements accurately and timely.
• Research exceptions and off-cycle requests.
• Perform general escrow account maintenance and escrow analyses.
• Respond to internal customer requests and inquiries by evaluating factors and determining impacts.
