First American is seeking an Escrow Servicing Operations Specialist in Fort Mill, SC. You will manage escrow functions throughout the loan lifecycle, ensure accuracy of flood insurance updates, and deliver high-quality service to clients.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and knowledge of mortgage servicing guidelines. You will join a people‑first culture and contribute to a comprehensive benefits package with 401k and PTO.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in a mortgage environment, preferably Mortgage Loan Servicing.

Mansioni

• Process escrow servicing functions throughout the loan lifecycle.
• Monitor service delivery, productivity, and quality standards for flood insurance.
• Process escrow-related documents and disbursements accurately and timely.
• Research exceptions and process off-cycle requests.
• Perform general account maintenance.
• Research and respond to internal customer requests and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including RESPA, CFPB regulations, Flood Disaster Protection Act, NFIP.
