Job summary

Staker Parson Companies is seeking a Division Equipment Performance Improvement Manager in a hybrid role based in the West Division. The role focuses on asset procurement/disposal, asset management and maintenance with emphasis on total cost of ownership for the fleet lifecycle.

Collaboration with operations and shop teams is essential to safety and efficiency. The position requires strong technical abilities, performance management, financial understanding and industry knowledge to drive

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred (CMMS, EAM, ERP).
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience in construction and materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee-driven safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Facilitate regular communication with Division and Unit Equipment Managers and Procurement Specialists.
• Work with Business Units to ensure TCO is competitive or lower than industry standards.
• Support CapEx processes with multi-year planning and lifecycle analysis.
• Provide feedback on performance initiative metrics.
• Maintain communication to maximize equipment life at lowest TOC and minimal downtime.
• Assist with understanding and timely review of equipment financials and dashboards.
