Staker Parson Companies is seeking an Equipment Performance Improvement Manager for the West Division. Hybrid role with office and field work, focusing on asset procurement, disposal, management and maintenance to minimize total cost of ownership across fleets.

Strong technical, financial and leadership skills needed to partner with operations and shop teams. You will drive CapEx planning, standardization, and performance initiatives, while mentoring division equipment leaders and aligning with

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft Office Programs.
• Experience in construction and materials industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee-driven safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Facilitate regular communication with Division Equipment Managers and procurement support.
• Ensure total cost of ownership is competitive or lower than industry standards.
• Collaborate with Finance on CapEx, budgeting and reporting.
• Develop fleet strategies and support continuous improvement in equipment performance.
