The role emphasizes reducing total cost of ownership, improving uptime, and collaborating with operations and shop teams.

Hybrid work with on-site presence in division shops and field locations; requires strong technical, financial, and leadership skills, plus CMMS/EAM/ERP experience and fleet management

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressive shop, equipment maintenance and equipment management experience.
• Experience with electronic equipment management systems (CMMS, EAM, ERP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employee-driven safety culture is present and effective.
• Promote safe, effective, and efficient maintenance and repair practices.
• Assist with CapEx budgeting, multi-year planning, standardization and lifecycle analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance on CapEx, budgeting and expense management.
• Drive fleet life-cycle optimization to achieve favorable total cost of ownership.
