Job summary

The role offers a hybrid work model of 3 days in office and 2 days working from home. Applicants should have at least 3 years of training management experience and a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years training management experience.
• Application fundamentals classes at Epic.
• Certified Project Manager (CPM).

Responsibilities

• Manage curriculum delivery methods and training resources.
• Oversee training team and ensure their staffing needs.
• Coordinate ongoing training post-implementation.
• Maintain a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Communicate with leadership about training milestones.
