Job summary

Quest Diagnostics in Secaucus, NJ (hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote) or Schaumburg, IL offers a Principal Trainer role. The role requires Epic Beaker certification and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Active Epic Beaker Certification (Required).

Responsibilities

• Develop role-based training content independently or with team members.
• Design, develop, and maintain instructional materials.
• Maintain policy and procedure documentation.
• Incorporate feedback into training procedures.
• Learn new content and consult with SMEs to develop training materials.
• Assist with building and testing training environments and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with other trainers by co-facilitating classroom instruction.
• Prepare training lessons and set up training room and materials.
• Present information clearly in writing and verbally.
• Follow up with trainees for additional support.
• Train and credential additional classroom trainers as needed.
• Train staff and end users on technical topics.
• Manage projects by prioritizing and adhering to timelines.
