Job summary

Quest Diagnostics INC is seeking a Training Manager to oversee enterprise training policies, coordination, and delivery across the organization. You will manage Epic end-user training and ongoing program maintenance, determine resources, staff the training team, and ensure facilities and equipment for classroom training.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and based in the US with possible locations Secaucus, NJ or Schaumburg, IL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years training management experience.
• Application fundamentals classes at Epic.
• TED100: Overview of Training for Training Managers.
• Additional required and recommended classes and training tracks.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Communicate training milestones, policies and decisions to project leadership.
• Design course offerings and catalog in the LMS.
