• Alternate path: Associate's degree with 6 years of experience.
• Alternate path: High School with 8 years of experience.

• Oversee technical/complex projects to meet time and budget goals.
• Lead project teams across internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan, implement, and close projects with risk management and compliance.
• Develop and manage execution plans including schedules, budgets, and procurement.
