Job summary

Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an EPC Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex EPC projects in the power delivery market.

You will manage safety, quality, schedule, and budget while coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management in utility infrastructure and experience with overhead transmission/distribution or substation projects, with travel across Uniontown, OH and St.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within utility infrastructure / EPC environments.
• Experience managing EPC projects involving overhead transmission, distribution, or substation construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC projects from award through closeout, ensuring contractual requirements are met.
• Develop and manage execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions for schedule, cost, quality, or resources.
• Manage risks, changes, and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
