Michels Power, Inc. is seeking an EPC Project Manager to lead complex energy infrastructure projects from concept through completion. You will drive planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and profitability.

The role involves collaborating with engineering, procurement, construction, and client stakeholders to meet project objectives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, and a proven track record in overhead transmission,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience within utility infrastructure, power delivery, EPC, or heavy civil construction environments.
Experience managing EPC projects involving Overhead Transmission, Overhead Distribution, and/or Substation construction.

Responsibilities

Lead EPC projects from project award through closeout, ensuring successful execution of all contractual requirements.
Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities to achieve project objectives.
Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address schedule, cost, quality, or resource challenges.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and profitability objectives.
