Quadient is hiring an entry-level Account Executive in a hybrid role near Los Angeles. You will build relationships, generate new business opportunities, and help customers identify solutions that support their goals.

With a structured career path, you will receive training, mentorship, and tools to thrive in high-performing sales roles. No prior sales experience is required, as coaching and development are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week.
