Quadient is seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive in a hybrid role near South Orange County. You will build relationships, generate new opportunities, and help customers identify solutions aligned with their goals.

Training, mentorship, and a clear path for growth are provided, with an emphasis on developing sales skills through hands-on experience and regular coaching. This role offers substantial earning potential through commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role.
