Job summary

Quadient is seeking an Entry-Level Account Executive for the Essex/Middlesex, MA region in a hybrid role. You will visit clients 2–3 days per week, with a mix of remote and field-based work, to identify solutions and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally 2–3 days per week.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow existing accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Connect with customers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and in-person meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver a great customer experience.
• Build relationships and a sales pipeline that drive results and earnings.
