Hartz Mountain Corp in Secaucus, NJ seeks an Enterprise Systems Administrator to strengthen BC/DR capabilities and manage diverse enterprise infrastructure. You will oversee backups, data protection, security policies, and critical business applications including Oracle E-Business Suite and TM1.

The role combines hands‑on Linux/Windows administration with network and storage management in a hybrid work setting, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure resilience and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of professional experience.
• Or 7+ years of combined professional experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong knowledge of networking, distributed systems, and enterprise infrastructure concepts.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning, testing, backup and restoration, data replication, and archiving.
• Experience administering Linux systems and related enterprise infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite and related database architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage enterprise BC/DR program, including planning, testing, and recovery readiness.
• Support backup, data replication, archiving, redundancy, and restoration of enterprise systems.
• Administer and optimize Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, cloud services, and storage.
• Manage core network and firewall infrastructure, cybersecurity planning, and operations.
• Provide end‑user and application support, 24x7 availability commitments, and vendor coordination.
