LearnUpon is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to join our fast-growing Sales team in the Salt Lake City Office. The role focuses on enterprise customers, delivering technical solutions that leverage APIs, webhooks, and integrations to demonstrate value and win business.

You will lead demonstrations, craft proofs of concept, and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to refine LearnUpon offerings for enterprise needs.

Formación

• 1+ years pre-sales experience in SaaS/Cloud with enterprise customers.
• Proven track record of delivering technical solutions using APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with sales tech stack apps (Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Become an expert in the LearnUpon platform, our product integrations and the LMS space for enterprise solutioning.
• Conduct product discovery to identify customer pains and priorities.
• Leverage deep product knowledge to design impactful solutions that align with business goals.
• Lead product presentations, demos, proofs of concept and ongoing technical consultation to close deals.
• Create technical diagrams and POCs/workflows using API & Webhook guides and other docs.
• Support competitive intel and positioning of LearnUpon in deals.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and sales leadership in a team-selling environment.
• Act as a thought leader for new LearnUpon product solutions and collaborate with Product Management.
